Over the past four years our west Wichita studio has been full of Swans, Mermaids, Dolphins, and Elephants. A few of clients have tried toe Squirrel, but the dogs are trouble with that one.
We can’t be sure, but we can guess that over the past four years there has been about 7,488 hours of Pilates taught, our clients have endured approximately 22,464 hundreds, and executed, 375 hours of planks.
